采用两段加热高温固相法制备了锂离子电池正极材料LiFe1-xCoxPO4(x=0,0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08),采用XRD、SEM、四探针法和恒电流充放电等方法研究了材料的结构和电化学性能,结果表明:LiFe1-xCoxPO4样品具有与LiFePO4相同的橄榄石结构;相对LiFePO4,LiFe1-xCoxPO4样品的充放电平台没有明显变化,电导率可提高4~6个数量级.LiFe0.94Co0.06PO4样品的性能较好,0.1 C下的首次放电比容量可达到137 mAh/g,30次循环后的容量保持率为87.6%.
