在全球新能源产业不断升级的背景下，亿纬锂能加大了对锂离子电池产品的研究与发展。引进了先进的自动化生产设备和尖端的分析测试仪器，研发并生产各种规格的高性能的锂二次电池，包括聚合物锂离子电池、方形和柱形液态锂离子电池、锂离子动力与储能电池等，产品广泛应用于消费类电子产品、便携式电子设备、电动工具、电动自行车和储能动力等应用领域。同时，公司正在不断提升生产规模，积极打造具有国际竞争力的锂二次电池生产基地，力争在2011年实现日产30万只锂离子电池的阶段目标。
公司拥有了一支以董事长/总经理刘金成博士为统帅和以二院院士为代表的资深专家顾问组成的高素质的研发团队，并采用同美国NanoMas Technologies, Inc.和中国科学院物理所、武汉大学、华南理工大学等业界机构合作的方式，确保公司始终保持锂离子电池行业技术前沿的行列；公司也先后被认定为国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业、省级企业技术中心和广东省锂电池工程技术研究开发中心。在发展各种安全可靠的锂离子电池体系的同时，公司也充分发挥近10年的电池组合业务的经验，积极开发智能电池管理系统，形成完整的锂离子电池组的设计、电芯制造、和电池组合的综合能力。同时，公司也建立了完整的质量管理体系，分别通过了ISO9001质量管理体系认证和ISO14001环境管理体系认证，产品通过了UN、UL、CE和CCC认证，符合欧盟RoHS指令要求。

EVE Energy Co., Ltd was founded in 2001. Based on the core values of “Pursue Excellence, Quality First, Create Value, Dependability, and Teamwork”, EVE has become the leading company of Lithium batteries within China. In October 2009, EVE became the first company listed on GEM in Shenzhen (Stock Code: 300014.SZ).
Under the background of constant development of new energy industry all over the word, EVE has substantially increased the investment in research and development for Lithium-ion batteries. Today EVE is developing and manufacturing all series of high-performance lithium-ion batteries with the advanced equipment and high-tech analytical instruments, including lithium-ion polymer, prismatic and cylindrical lithium-ion batteries, lithium-ion energy storage and power batteries. All products are widely used in the following application fields, consumer electronics, portable electronics, power tools, electric bicycles, power wheelchair and scooters, and energy storage devices etc. At the same time, EVE is continuously enlarging its production scale to build an international competitive production base for lithium-ion batteries, striving to achieve the phase goal of producing 300,000pcs lithium-ion batteries per day in 2011.
EVE has possessed one high-quality R& D team, composed of CEO Dr. Jin-Cheng Liu and senior expert consultants represented by Academy to ensure our lithium-ion battery industry technology rank maintained cutting edge by the cooperation with United States NanoMas Technologies, Inc., Institute Physics Chinese Academy of Sciences, Wuhan University, South China University of Technology and so on. EVE has been recognized as National Torch Plan Key High-tech enterprises, the Provincial Enterprise Technology center and Guangdong Province Lithium Battery Engineering and Technology Research and Development Center. With nearly 10 years’ experiences in assembling battery pack and developing smart battery management system, EVE has formed a full comprehensive capacity from battery designing, cell manufacturing to assembling pack on lithium-ion. Meanwhile EVE has established a complete quality management system, and respectively achieved the certificate of ISO9001 quality management system along with ISO14001 environmental management system. The most of products have passed the UN, UL, CE and CCC certification, and compliance with the RoHS directive.
